About this coffee
From Ethiopia's high-altitude coffee regions, this single-origin lot is the most aromatic and complex whole-bean coffee in the range. Floral notes lead, followed by bright citrus and ripe berry.
Those notes are intended to stay distinct rather than collapse into one heavy roast profile. The cup is lively and layered, with a clear sense of origin from the country where coffee began.
Grinding immediately before brewing gives you control over how much of that brightness and fruit reaches the cup. Adjust the grind to the method rather than forcing one setting across every preparation.
