About this coffee
A single-origin Colombian coffee shaped by the country's volcanic growing soils. Elegant brightness comes first, followed by chocolate, caramel and a softer fruit note underneath.
The dark roast gives those sweeter notes a firm base without turning the coffee into a generic heavy espresso. It remains approachable, but there is enough detail in the cup to reward a slower tasting.
As whole bean, it can be ground to match an espresso machine or another fresh-brew method, keeping the final preparation in the hands of the person making it.
