About this coffee
Sharp raspberry cut with dark chocolate, on an African and South American base. It is the most divisive cup in the range and we have never tried to fix that — people who like it order it by the case, and people who do not never order it twice.
The African component brings the acidity that makes the raspberry read as fruit rather than as sweetness.
